Due to the individual nature of the animal and the type of finishing selected, the weights for all beef orders will vary.  When ordering a Whole Beef, you will be charged based on the hanging weight of the carcass.  You will select how you would like your beef cut and wrapped, we will pay the processor direct, and then pass the actual processing cost to you at time of delivery.

Purchasing in bulk is the most cost effective method of purchasing beef.  It also allows you to custom select your cuts of meat.  

A typical whole beef will weigh between 650 pounds and 750 pounds hanging weight.  A typical break down of the cuts of meat would be as follows:

• 24 - T-Bone Steaks
• 4 - Fillet Mignons
• 20 - Ribeye Steaks  (or you can choose to order some steaks and a prime rib roast)
• 20 - Sirloin Steaks
• 80 - 1/2 lb. packages Round Steak (you can choose to have them left whole,  tenderized or cubed)
• 12 - Premium Cut Boneless Roasts (appx. 3.5 lbs. each)
• 200 pounds - Lean Ground Beef - 93% Lean - 1# Packages

When choosing to purchase bulk beef, you will be provided a cut sheet to fill out with all of your choices for processing.  You will also be able to select how many people you want the packages made for.

We are currently offering 2 beef bundles for people who are not ready to purchase a whole or a half of a beef, or that simply do not have the freezer space for a larger quantity of beef to be stored. 

Beef Bundle #1:

• 6 - T-Bone Steaks
• 5 - Ribeye Steaks
• 5 - Sirloin Steaks
• 15 - Round Steaks
• 3 - Premium Cut Boneless Roasts - (appx. 3.5 lbs. each)
• 50 lbs. - Lean Ground Beef

Beef Bundle #2:

• 3 - T-Bone Steaks
• 2 - Ribeye Steaks
• 2 - Sirloin Steaks
• 8 - Round Steaks
• 1 - Premium Cut Boneless Roast -  (appx. 3.5 lb.)
• 25 lbs. - Lean Ground Beef

Individual cuts may be added to the above bundles:

• Lean Ground Beef                  $7/lb.
• Round Steak   $7/lb.
• T-Bone Steak                            $14/lb.
• Ribeye Steak                             $18/lb.
• Sirloin Steak                              $11/lb.
• Boneless Roast                        $7/lb.
